If you are looking for a big boy feline friend with tons of personality and megawatts of energy, here he is! Maximus is a sweet, super energetic 3-year old Maine Coon mix that will keep his new family in stitches, laughing at his antics.

Sporting a gorgeous tabby-with-white coat, Maximus has expressive, big round eyes, all the better to see what big adventure he can find next. He loves to run fast and hard around the house, taking hair pin turns with ease, banking off the furniture and doors, and coming to a screeching stop in the middle of the hardwood floors. A large supply of different wands toys, tall cat trees, and people to spend time playing with him would provide a perfect forever home for this fun-loving fellow.

Maximus likes people, seeming to like men best, so he would love a male human BFF with whom he can hang out, play, and share his adventures. Maximus doesn’t mind being picked up, and he purrs and purrs when scratched on his ears, shoulders, and hips.

Maximus has a hearty appetite, eating just about any dry food, but his most favorite is wet food that contains shrimp. He also has an affinity for chili, and is really hoping to get into his new home in time to watch the Super Bowl and eat some homemade chili with his new best guy pal!

Maximus gets along well with children who will be gentle with him. Being an only kitty, he has not been exposed to other cats and dogs, so it is uncertain if he would enjoy the company of another 4-legged friend.

Maximus is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He always uses his litter box like a good boy. Maximus has excellent household manners, too, always using his scratching posts and never jumping on the counters.
