The two words used by their foster mom to describe Lil Moe and Scar are, “Ridiculously Sweet”! Lil Moe and Scar are 4 ½ year-old Maine Coons mix brothers and life-long BFFs. Only Maine Coons Rescue took them in after their previous family fell on hard times and desperately needed help to make sure their beautiful boys find their new forever home. Lil Moe and Scar were purchased from a breeder as pure bred Maine Coons, but do not have official papers.

Lil Moe is the go-getter of the pair. He’s a slender fellow, weighing in at about 11 pounds, with a gorgeous brown and white coat. When Lil Moe isn’t twirling around his foster mom’s legs and purring, he is off on an adventure. Lil Moe loves to explore and isn’t afraid of anything. He’s a playful boy, too, and loves to follow his people around. While not a lap cat, he is very affectionate.

Scar is more of the strong, silent type. He is very laid back and somewhat shy, though also affectionate, like his brother. He doesn’t mind being held and will sit on his person’s lap when placed there. His preferred location, though, is right next to his person, shamelessly flopped over for a good belly rub. Scar is a bit beefier than his brother, at about 13 pounds, with a handsome grey and white coat. We are working on their weight, as they came to us a little under what they should be.

Lil Moe and Scar must be adopted as a team. They enjoy the company of other cats, though Scar may need a longer introduction to a new kitty since he is a bit shy. Lil Moe would probably be comfortable with a doggie family member, but it is unknown if Scar would enjoy a canine friend. Lil Moe and Scar will, without a doubt, be a handsome, fun, and loving member of their new forever family.

Lil Moe and Scar are neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, and have tested negative for FeLV/FIV. They both are also front-paw declawed. They are very tidy boys and always use their litter box.
