Simba and Nala are 6-year old Maine Coon mixes who are looking for an extra special family to adopt them together. They are a bonded brother and sister who have always been together and adore each other’s company. Brother Simba has a handsome grey tabby-patterned coat with a luxurious white chest, belly and feet. Sister Nala has a brown tabby-patterned coat, also with fluffy white fur on her chest, belly and feet. Each have the most striking and adorable colored markings on their nose and mouth, surrounded by white on their poofy cheeks and the bridge of their nose.
Simba is a super sweet, gentle young man who enjoys just being with his people and his sister. Nala is an affectionate girl, as well, and she loves to play. They are both happy in the company of other cats and don’t mind the company of dogs one bit. Simba and Nala will be a beautiful, loving addition to their new family.
Simba has been diagnosed with diabetes that is being successfully managed with an insulin shot, twice per day. He is so mellow he never even notices he is getting his injection, which is administered while he eats. Because of Simba’s special need, his forever family will need to be committed to maintaining his insulin treatment and providing veterinary care appropriate for his condition.
Simba is neutered and Nala is spayed. They are both up-to-date on their vaccinations, have tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and are front-paw declawed. They have perfect litterbox manners.
