Beau is a handsome, healthy 13-year old Maine Coon mix who is about to go through a very sad time in his life. His human has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and her greatest wish is for Beau to find a loving home before she passes away so that she knows he will be loved and well cared for.
Beau is a sweet and gentle fellow who adores attention and some good snuggle time. While he is happy to have nice long naps in the sunshine, don’t let his mature age fool you. Beau is very interactive and loves to ask his human to turn the faucet on so that he can get a nice cool drink after his sunbathing.
Beau gets along great with his doggie siblings. He has never been around other cats or children, so it isn’t known if he would enjoy their company.
Beau is neutered and his front paws are declawed. He has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and his caregiver is working to get his veterinary records to determine if his is up to date on his wellness check-ups and vaccines. Beau always uses his litter box like a gentleman.
