This is Thomas, a very handsome silver tabby boy who came to our rescue from York County Animal Control in SC, along with his two sisters, Heidi and Charlotte when they were 8 weeks old. His sisters have been adopted, but as long as Thomas has another cat friend, he'll be quite content. He is neutered and up to date on all of his vaccinations.

He's going to be a big boy; at 5 months he was already 6 pounds and still growing. When he's hungry, he looks up at you and gives a silent meow. When he wants to play, he'll bring his mouse toy at your feet. That means he wants to play fetch! He'll fetch and return the mouse to you for easily an hour.

Once he's gotten used to you, he can be very attached to his humans. He loves to cuddle. You can hold him like a baby and bring him to bed with you, or otherwise he'll follow you anyway. He'll sleep on your chest, or right next to you with his paws draped over your arm.

Thomas is good with other cats, and he would probably do well with dogs, too as long as they are well-trained. When he's not cuddling with his humans, he loves to cuddle with other cats. For being such a big boy, he can be skittish when surprised by loud noises. If you have small children, make sure to teach them how to be quiet and gentle around Thomas.

Thomas must be adopted with another kitten or into a home that already has another young cat.
