Meet Draco, an absolutely stunning Maine Coon mix who was surrendered to our rescue because his guardians could no longer care for him. At 3 years of age, Draco is a true velcro cat! He is extremely affectionate and literally stays glued to his foster mom's side whenever she's in the room. He also has the sweetest little "meow" and purrs like a motorboat when he gets petted - and he absolutely LOVES to be petted!! In fact, if his foster mom STOPS petting him - even for a second - he will push his head into her hand to get some more lovin'!

Draco also has a playful side that is starting to show. He likes to bat at various objects, and he's been caught playing with some of his cat toys. He also has the cutest little bent ear, which is the result of an aural hematoma that was drained and then stitched up to prevent a recurrence. (Don't worry - his ear does not bother him in the least!)

Draco is good with other cats and dogs, but in small doses. (His previous home was really crowded with other 4-legged critters, and he got a bit overwhelmed!) Draco would probably be quite content as an only cat, though. He would also do best in a home with children over the age of 8.

Draco is neutered and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and he will soon be up to date on all of his shots. He is also litter box trained and microchipped.
