Blind -- will need special person with knowledge of special needs cats. Naturally is scared in new environments.  Will hiss and try to bite.  Once he knows his human, he is extremely responsive and will calm down immediately.  He will need constant supervision when going into new situations and lots of time to adjust.  No steps, and no small children- Children over age 10 who have an understanding of the cats needs should be OK.
