Very scared-  can handle if a towel is put over his head.  Once you have him and cuddle with him in your lap, he does calm down and allows petting.  When he first arrived it was said that he had a tail pull and didn't have use of his 3 legs.  He also had to have his bladder expressed, but did have BM.  Over time he regained use of his legs and can now go to the bathroom on his own.  He went to see a neurologist as a precaution, but was cleared of any issues.
