Meet Kelly, a purebred Maine Coon and former show cat who was relinquished to us by a breeder in New York. Dressed in a stunning silver patch tabby coat, this eight-year-old turns heads wherever she goes – and she has an equally beautiful personality. When Kelly first came to us, she was terribly shy – so shy, in fact, that she wouldn’t let anyone near her – but with time, patience, and love, she has blossomed into an outgoing and friendly girl who loves receiving – and giving – attention. Head bunts are her specialty! She also loves playing with her feather wand toy and jingle balls. And if you’re looking for a conversationalist, Kelly is your girl! She is very vocal and won’t hesitate to tell you what’s on her mind.

Besides being good with other cats, Kelly appears to be comfortable around dogs (her foster parents have three), just as long as they don’t invade her personal space. She hasn't had any exposure to children, but because of her sweet and affectionate personality, she would probably be fine with them.

Kelly is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations, and she has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. She also uses the litter box like a good girl!
