Maine Coon / Dilute Tortoiseshell / Mixed : : Large

Like the beautiful flower that bears her name, Lilac is a gorgeous Maine Coon mix with a stunning tortie-colored coat, a glorious long tail, super-long ear tufts, and lots of floof between her toes! At almost 2 years old (on May 23, 2015), Lilac is an active, friendly girl who loves to play. She especially likes for someone to wave a wand toy around so that she can leap at it and chase it all around the room. Lilac is an inquisitive little lady, too, and will happily rummage through a lady’s purse or a shopping bag to see if you brought her anything good.
Lilac likes to be held and cuddled, and then, like any busy young girl, may wiggle to get down after a few moments so she can go do other kitty things. She can become a bit shy for a little while in new situations, but once she is comfortable, she settles right in to playing and wanting LOTS of attention. Lilac will be a beautiful, fun, and loving addition to her new family!
Lilac gets along with other cats that she has known for a while, but may be a little tentative at first with new feline friends, so introductions should be slow and easy. She would probably be quite content as the one and only kitty love of her family’s life.
