Mister is big, handsome, 5-year old Maine Coon mix with a thick, lush brown tabby-patterned coat.  An affectionate, playful, and energetic young fellow, Mister needs a new home filled with playful, active cat people to match his energy level and smarts.  His current caregiver adores him and wants to find him a home where the needs of this active boy can be met.

Mister is a confident cat with a commanding presence.  He is a sweet fellow who loves to sleep on the bed with his human at night.  With energy to burn, Mister gets busy and doesn’t always want to be loved on all the time.  He likes to be brushed when he thinks his coat is a bit disheveled, though he isn’t too keen on being picked up.

Mister is comfortable with the dogs that visit his house.  He has not been exposed to other cats, so it is not known if Mister would take to a feline sibling.  Mister would be his best self with an experienced cat guardian who has time to engage his need to play and exercise his mind and body.

Mister is neutered and up-to-date on his rabies vaccination.  He will need a visit to the veterinarian’s office to make sure he is up-to-date on his other vaccines and testing.  He is also litter box trained.

Mister is located in Greene County, NY (upstate). If you are interested in adopting him, please contact Ms. Jurdy at 518-734-6569, or email tjurdy@gmail.com. You may also contact Pat at 518-734-4337.  Ms. Jurdy can help with transportation of Mister to his new home up to 100 miles.
