Sam was found in a feral colony and was taken in. He was sick, but thanks to love and care from his foster, he is now a healthy and big kitten. He's playful both on his own and with other cats. He's learning still how to be okay with people. When he's comfortably lounging, he'll allow you to pet him, and purr. Alternatively, if you're sitting down, he'll walk on by to ask for pets. If he REALLY wants pets, he'll walk up and start chirping at you. Otherwise, he isn't likely to approach you first, so someone will need to be willing to live with a playful kitty that isn't a lap cat. If you catch him while he's comfortable, you can pet him and he will purr. He'll begrudgingly let you hold him for a little while before he prefers to be let go.
